Subst_labor, you became an annonymous member today only to post this question. I am sure you must be a regular member of IV but created a new profile just for this question.
Why don't you tell us how much you bought your labor for? Show us a proof that you have not bought it.
I think I made a mistake of answering your post and apologize for that to all members. I also urge people not to answer anyone with substitute labor on this forum.
such people cut in line in front of us and don't even bother paying money to IV. Why should we give them free advice. If they can spend money buying labor for 20K they can spend hundred dollars and consult a lawyer and ask their question. It is with such mentaility they are brought up with in their country- Currption and getting things done with money. But never paying anyone for a just cause. In my country people contribute only when they fear god in temples, for medical treatment or to astrologers!!
I also urge moderators to close such threads on this forum whenever someone is diagnosed with a substitute labor cancer. Yes it is a cancer that is worsening retrogression further.
At least on this forum we can have the resolve to fight such people who are hurting most of us.
Now if someone argues with me on this post, then it will mean that either that person has himself bought a substitute labor or is looking for one. So don't even bother because a lot of members after reading this post will come hard on people who are ok with substitute labor on this forum.

I do not get it what's your problem someone is asking for advise with his/hers labor subs. As far as I can see it you should not ask personal questions such as "tell us how much you paid" etc. I don't think it is your business. A person asked for advise, so if you can help him, why don't you do it? Labor Substitution is still LEGAL and your assumption that everyone buys labor does not necessarily must be true. Think about it.

how do i know they have received it other than fedex confirmation.

The pending perm applications are the missing piece of information to predict the visa bulletin. Is it possible to get this information from the perm database. I though the perm database was for the approved perm cases. I am sure there is some database (maybe the perm database itself) where we can figure out the pending perm cases. I will search for it, guys please all look into it aswell.
Can some one who has parsed the PERM database earlier get the count of pending PERM cases as of today (or the lasted available)?

the cycle for visa exhaustion has to happen before USCIS triggers action....its just not how many applications showed up on their door...and one(including me) should not feel toooo bad if we are not able to submit application becasue the visa numbers were exhausted. More painful will be if it is only based on applications received and mine went in a little later than others. lot of hard works has gone into prepraing this application. I would hire my attorney to put a suit against himself...

I spent over 20 years in Canada. Fact is, I never EVER waited a month to see a doctor. Not once. Nor has my sister who is still there.
I spent 7 years in Australia. Never had a problem getting a doctor there either. In fact, I will say that it truly is AWESOME there. Great people, great opporunities, good money, incredible lifestyle.
I have spent 7 years in the US. It's a wonderful place with heaps of opportunity. The cost of living is higher than any other place but I accept it because because I like so much about living here. I like the people, I like the weather. I like the countryside and the culture.
You see, for me, there are many great things to be found in all 3 of these places. It's not a contest. There are good and bad aspects to life in any place you chose. In that one area, I agree with you. There are pros and cons that need to be considered. What you choose is a personal decision based on your needs, objectives and desires.
It's that simple.
One last thing. Normally, I'd let this go. After all not everyone's first language is English. But when you start making ludicrous remarks about "illiterate Canadians", and demonstrate in that very same post that you are unable to construct a single decent sentence, well frankly, you're undermining your argument a little.
And by the way, Canada has one of the top literacy rates in the world.
And Do you (canadian wanna be) have any clue that to get respected salary and position you will be forced by illiterate Canadians to have "Professional Engineering Certificates"... It will suck blood out of your body for 5 years... So just do not read "Greener Side" of Canadian Immigration... I know it may not be applicable to all but more or less most of will have to face the same music in their careers. My all Canadian friends and relatives want to be Americans.. Only some of them practically could proceed for that.. After some stage of life it becomes hard to move families.. That is the reason they are facing now to take decision and simultaneously do not want to live in Canada anymore.. If you have 101 fever it will take 1 month to have Doctor's appointment... GST.. Higher taxes.. statistically there are chances "Most of members of this forum - Canadian Wanna Be" will have less promotions and/or increments in salary eventhough they will find themselves most skilled wherever they will work. Top posts would be the dream for most of you guys unless you start your own business.. if you understand what I am trying to tell... In USA it is not that way.... Yes I agree.. But if they don't move date foward then they can't approve those backlog applications.And they don't want to loose 40,000 visas . Now when they made all date current, they can approve all those pending application which are complete and just waiting for date to become current. Now we don't know real number and don't know how long it will take USCIS to do all approvals. But if they approve 40,000 in 2 weeks, I won't be surprised if they make it 'U' like other workers.
But then question still remains why they made all current. They could have just moved it by year or so.. And I am sure they know how many application they can expect in July.. I already saw some where that we have around more then 80,000 approved perm.. All they going to apply.. And what about all whose labor just got approved fro Backlog centers?

Yes Job market in India is lot hotter than Canada ( IT ) . For that matter it is hotter than US also !!!! But Canada is a 1st world not 3rd world. Once you get that first job in Canada and settle down, there is not much difference between US and Canada in terms of earning and saving potential. There is a short term pain for that INITIAL FIRST job in CANADA, but it is worth it.
Do what you feel like ( moving to India vs Moving to canada) . Every place has its advanatges , In India, family is a big advantage. But quality of life especially social life really sucks! Canada, you have to consider weather ( it is COLLLLLDDDD in winter ). Do what is best for you
